Youth Group Training Schedule (Ages 9-14)

We are excited to offer specialized training sessions for young athletes aged 9-14, focusing on developing fundamental athletic skills in a fun and structured environment.

Training Schedule:

  • Monday: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

📌 Note: This is the general schedule - extra training days may be added and will be available in the booking calendar above.

Booking Information:

  • Prior booking is required for all sessions. This training program does not include a membership option - sessions must be purchased individually during checkout.
  • To reserve your spot, please complete the booking form above at the time of purchase.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
  • If a client books a practice and does not attend without prior notification, the full session amount may be charged, and the session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

We look forward to welcoming young athletes and helping them build skills, confidence, and strength!
