Free Pole Vault Training Session Program

1. Functional Warm-Up and Preparation
The session will begin with a complete functional warm-up, aimed at preparing the muscles and joints for vaulting activities.
2. Running Drills Warm-Up
We will conduct a series of running drills tailored for pole vaulters to warm up the muscles and improve running technique.
3. Pole-Specific Drills
Next, we will move on to a set of preparatory drills with the pole, designed to enhance vaulting technique and coordination.
4. Pole Vaulting
The main part of the session will focus on performing pole vaults with personalized technique adjustments.
5. Individual Feedback and Functional Training
At the end of the vaulting session, each athlete will receive personal feedback from the coach. We will finish with a brief functional workout to improve the overall physical conditioning of vaulters.
