Pro Members training plans

This course provides structured, progressive training plans for athletes within the KEY Athletics club. It is designed to support long-term athletic development with a focus on pole vaulting, while also enhancing general physical preparation, speed, coordination, strength, and mobility.

Each phase of the program builds on the previous one, with clear objectives, exercise instructions, and performance guidelines. Athletes will gain access to weekly plans, demonstration videos, and coaching tips to help them train effectively, whether in a group setting or independently.

This system ensures safe, consistent progress toward peak performance, combining proven methodology with the experience of elite-level coaching.
