For ease of learning, the program is divided into several sections:

  2. Sections by stages of preparation: From basic levels to specialized competition preparation.
  3. Sections for developing various aspects of preparation:
    • Technical preparation (jumping technique and pole handling).
    • Physical preparation (strength, speed, and coordination exercises).
    • Psychological preparation (methods of concentration and stress management).
    • Tactical preparation (competition planning and strategic approach).
